About the Role
Ground staff required for full time work (5 days a week) on a PAYE or self-employed basis.
We are based in Rusper West Sussex and operate within a 50-mile radius, predominantly working across our Commercial Services Division, delivering for Public and Private Sectors, Serving Parish Councils, Corporate Vegetation Ground Management, Land Developers, Forestry, Rail and Highways.
We operate a rotational working environment across our Commercial and Domestic Services Divisions. An extremely popular way of working across our workforce.
A successful Candidate will have/be:

- the required tickets, so can hit the ground running
- a “right-first-time” approach
- work within a close team of likeminded professional colleagues
- excellent attention to detail
- reliable, punctual and well-presented
- a willingness to develop skills and gain further tickets
Preferred skills:
- Qualified staff would ideally have CS30, CS31,CS38, NPTC 222 (woodchipper), First Aid + F and Manual Handling.
- Candidates must hold a current, full UK Driving License. HGV would be an advantage but not
- essential.
